🎯 Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms specifically govern your participation in RealtySeek.ai's referral program, detailing eligibility, rewards, prohibited activities, referral validity, reward disbursement, and more.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Active RealtySeek.ai account in good standing required.

Referral Methods

Code-Based Referral: Earn ₹10,000 when your referrals complete a transaction.

Lead-Based Referral: Earn ₹500 for site visits and ₹10,000 for completed property transactions.

Reward Disbursement

• Rewards are credited via UPI, NEFT, or RTGS.
• Ensure accurate bank details in your account profile.
• Processing occurs within 30 days post-verification.

Referral Validity

• Each referral remains valid for 180 days.
• Unique mobile numbers per referral; duplicate referrals disqualified.

Prohibited Activities

• No self-referrals, spam, or fraudulent actions permitted.

Program Modifications & Liability

• RealtySeek.ai reserves rights to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes settled in Gurugram, Haryana.
